Black Girls With Green Thumbs seeks a Market Garden & Program Steward to support the development and care of a youth-supported market garden in southeastern Delaware County, PA (ie. Upper Darby, Lansdowne, Yeadon). This position plays an important role in cultivating relationships across youth programming, community engagement, and neighborhood-based garden spaces. The Steward will help create welcoming environments that encourage participation, skill-building, and deeper connections to culturally grounded food practices and neighborhood wellness.

Black Girls With Green Thumbs seeks a Program Assistant to support the facilitation of Grow & Walk Philly and other seasonal community programs and events. This role plays an important part in creating welcoming, well-organized experiences that encourage participation, connection to nature, and collective wellness.
The Program Assistant will help ensure programs run smoothly by supporting event logistics, participant engagement, and on-site coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is attentive to details, and is comfortable contributing wherever needed to support successful community programming.
