Many people ask how they can volunteer with Black Girls With Green Thumbs. While we deeply value community support, our work is structured a little differently than volunteer organizations. Our programs are staff-led and designed for community members to participate in, rather than operate as volunteer-run initiatives.

Most volunteer opportunities currently take place during community events, where extra hands help with setup, welcoming guests, and supporting the overall experience.
