Join us for a safe, supportive space to practice "trauma-informed" yoga focused on self-care and healing. This no cost, wellness event will include healthy snacks and drinks to nourish the body and spirit.
Together, we’ll breathe, move, and connect while building community around shared practices of wellness and care. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your self-care tools, this session is open and welcome to all adults.

Yoga transcends traditional exercise as a total wellness practice, having both spiritual and physical benefits. With historical African and Indian roots, yoga was created by brown and Black people as a tool for growth.
